Tell us about your business, when was it formed and what do you do?

After several years of experience in various management positions in Switzerland & Italy, Rudolf Grob took the step of self-employment in 1987 & founded Zagro AG in Uitikon. Located in the idyllic agglomeration of Zurich-Switzerland, our owner-managed family business has been active in the elevator industry worldwide for over 35 years. We trade in all kinds of products, especially consumer & capital goods, marketing & product development, arranging commercial transactions & manufacturing orders.

Who are your customers? Which markets do you serve?

Elevator companies, spare parts & power units manifactors for the underoil-motors & pumps (worldwide).

How many times have you been to LIFTEX?

It’s our third time. The first time as a visitor and the last time with our own booth.

What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?

Our customers face long delivery time. We ship the material on the day of order so that our customers receive the material the next day.

What will you be promoting / what can visitors expect to see on your stand?

We will promote spare parts for automatic lift doors, under-oil motors and pumps for hydraulic power units. Visit our booth to see interesting modernization kits.

What advice would you give to anyone visiting the show? What should they look for and how can they get the most from their visit?

LIFTEX is a great place to connect with other professionals, including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, engineers, and consultants. Take the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with peers, which could lead to future collaborations or partnerships.
