The Platform Lift Company is a leading independent supplier and installer of platform lifts for disability access across the UK. We are excited to introduce Platform Lift Assist, a trusted sub-brand dedicated to providing reliable platform lift solutions. With years of industry experience, we specialise in platform lift repairs, parts, routine maintenance, and advanced monitoring systems to ensure that your lifts operate efficiently and smoothly all year round. We understand the critical importance of accessibility and reliable lift performance. Our mission is to offer expert service and peace of mind to every customer we serve, ensuring that every lift is maintained to the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Who are your customers? Which markets do you serve?

We serve trade partners, engineers, and facilities management teams across residential, commercial, and public sectors. Our solutions ensure accessibility in various buildings, providing reliable platform lift services, repairs, parts, and monitoring systems.

How many times have you been to LIFTEX?

We have exhibiting previously, and always attend LIFTEX.

What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?

Customers often face reliability and maintenance issues. We help by offering routine maintenance, fast repairs, high-quality spare parts, and advanced monitoring systems to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Are there any issues that specifiers, contractors / owners should be aware of in the next 12 months?

Specifiers and contractors should focus on lift safety compliance, such as LOLER regulations. Additionally, there’s growing pressure to adopt energy-efficient solutions to meet sustainability goals. Our services ensure compliance and offer energy-efficient solutions.

How can we, as an industry, help designers and building owners to become more energy efficient and meet Net Zero targets?

The industry can contribute by upgrading older lifts with energy-efficient components and using smart monitoring systems. Regular maintenance and optimising lift performance can reduce energy usage and extend lifespan, helping buildings meet Net Zero targets.

What will you be promoting / what can visitors expect to see on your stand?

We will showcase our platform lift services, including repairs, maintenance, spare parts, and monitoring software. Visitors can experience demonstrations of our monitoring system, offering real-time alerts and performance tracking to minimise downtime.
