Tell us about your business, when was it formed and what do you do?

Raloe is a trusted, independent family business with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality complete lift solutions and lift components worldwide.
In 2021, we launched Raloe UK Ltd. to strengthen our presence in the UK.
We’re your one-stop-shop for complete lift packages, modernization solutions and components.
We also provide expert on-site technical support and assist with site surveys, to ensure top-quality service from start to finish.

Who are your customers? Which markets do you serve?

As we operate strictly as manufacturers and distributors, our natural clients are exclusively lift companies, whether they specialise in installation, maintenance, or both.
We are also proud to support consultants, architects, and facilities management professionals with expert advice and tailored solutions for their projects.

How many times have you been to LIFTEX?

We’re excited to be exhibiting for the third time, having already enjoyed attending LiftEX as visitors on many occasions.

What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?

I believe the labour shortage is causing a great deal of frustration for our clients. The lack of skilled installers is preventing many companies from taking on as many projects as they would like – projects that would otherwise go ahead.

Are there any issues that specifiers, contractors / owners should be aware of in the next 12 months?

In my opinion, the impact of the Building Safety Act is already being felt. However, it is specifiers, installers, maintainers, and of course building owners who are most directly affected by the new requirements and responsibilities.
In the very short term, the upcoming BS EN81-76 will also have a notable impact on Evacuation lifts. Our Engineering & Technical Depts. are already working to ensure our lift packages will be fully compliant.

How can we, as an industry, help designers and building owners to become more energy efficient and meet Net Zero targets?

We have long been committed to delivering energy-efficient and sustainable lift solutions. These are central to our design process.
By offering expert advice, integrating the latest technologies and components, and collaborating with the right partners, we support our clients by providing consistently the most effective and up-to-date solutions to meet energy efficiency requirements.

What will you be promoting / what can visitors expect to see on your stand?

We’ll be showcasing our latest traction lift, the Voltec, developed under the Machinery Directive, along with modernisation packages and components.
We’re also proud to present Multilifts, our latest acquisition, which supplies components from mayor multinational brands.
