Tell us about your business, when was it formed and what do you do?

Formed in 2012 – we provide lift repairs, modernisations and new lift installations to hydraulic lifts and also offer a flooring service to any type of lift by our experienced in-house flooring specialist.

Who are your customers? Which markets do you serve?

We work for the lift industry & can therefore attend sites across most of the UK on their behalf.

How many times have you been to LIFTEX?

Personally, I first attended in 2010, returned to visit in 2013 and then exhibited as Horsler Lift Services in 2016 and 2019 and again visited in 2022.

What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?

We are experts on hydraulic lifts from basic repairs through to full lift installations and our customers can come to us for any issues they need to discuss.

Are there any issues that specifiers, contractors / owners should be aware of in the next 12 months?

There are no major issues that we are aware of but the world is changing pace very quickly at the moment and so it is important to continuously review our business to ensure we keep up to date with any current issues.

How can we, as an industry, help designers and building owners to become more energy efficient and meet Net Zero targets?

We should all continue to adopt sustainable practices and lead from the front.

What will you be promoting / what can visitors expect to see on your stand?

As we are a service provider, we tend to offer a stand that is hospitable and there will certainly be a duck or two!

What advice would you give to anyone visiting the show? What should they look for and how can they get the most from their visit?

I would recommend familiarising yourself with the floorplan and wear comfortable shoes!
